No, there's no obligation to pay a reward. However, our platform makes it easy to offer a reward if you choose to do so. We've found that most people return items out of goodwill, and the convenience ReturnTag provides makes them more likely to take action.

All ReturnTag products are designed for everyday use. All tags are waterproof and UV-resistant, pet tags are built to withstand active pet behavior, and wristbands are made from high-quality silicone. All QR codes are protected with a scratch-resistant coating.

You can easily reassign any tag to a different item through your online dashboard. Simply update the item description and any specific return instructions. Keyring and pet tags can be moved freely between items, while stickers are designed for one-time application but can be reassigned digitally.

If you cancel, your tags will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, the QR codes will no longer redirect to your contact information. You can reactivate your service at any time by renewing your subscription. We don't charge any reactivation fees.
