The tag has no batteries or electronics to fail, and the QR & NFC link remains active for as long as your account remains active.
No app is required. You'll manage your tags through our simple web dashboard, accessible from any device. Finders don't need anything special either – any smartphone camera can scan QR codes, making it as easy as possible for people to help return your items.
If you cancel, your tags will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, the QR codes will no longer redirect to your contact information. You can reactivate your service at any time by renewing your subscription. We don't charge any reactivation fees.
